Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you may request a replacement within 7 days of delivery.

After we review your request, we will contact you by email with the next steps.
Items damaged due to customer misuse, improper handling, accidental damage, or any other customer related reason are not eligible for replacement.
90 Day Return Policy
If your item has no quality issue, you may request a return within 90 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and include the original packaging. The product and packaging must be suitable for resale.
To start a return, please email us at ktsale007@gmail.com with your order number, the email address used at checkout, and clear photos or videos showing the condition of the product and packaging.
Please do not send the product back to the original shipping address.
Please do not send the product to any address before your return request is approved.
After your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide the correct return address by email.
Return Shipping Cost

Return Shipping Explanation
The buyer is responsible for return and exchange shipping costs. The buyer should contact the shipping carrier to confirm the exact shipping cost before sending the package. USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL may be used.
Return Fee
For returns without quality issues, a 30 percent depreciation fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Items damaged due to customer misuse, improper handling, accidental damage, or any other customer related reason are not eligible for return or refund.
